This is a contest entry for a contest held by Hetalia-Artist Group. I sketched this out a few weeks ago and couldn't help but make it spiffy with Photoshop~! X3 It turned out to be like a 1980's Diner. Hahah! Only he sells only sweets and drinks. (Mostly cupcakes or cupcake related.) So for some people who can't read my handwriting (Especially cursive) Here is the menu to his wonderful diner plus some added stuff that I couldn't write on the banner:

Welcome to Oliver's Diner! We open at 6:30 AM and close at 9:30 PM. Hope you have a wonderful day~
Menu:
Blue Swirl Cupcake w/ chocolate or vanilla
Pink Swirl Cupcake w/ chocolate or Vanilla
Custom Cupcake (Any flavor cupcake and frosting w/ your choice of toppings)
Chocolate Cupcake
Vanilla Cupcake
Holiday treats (Pies, cupcakes, cakes, candy, chocolate)
Birthday treats (Pies, cupcakes, cakes, candy, chocolate)
Tea (Iced or hot w/ various flavors)
Hot Chocolate (Dark, Milk, White Chocolate w/ or w/o whipped cream)
Soda Pop (Bottled, canned, glass; Pepsi, Cola, Sprite, ect.)
Coffee (Hot or Iced; Mocha, Cinnamon, Holiday specials, ect.)

Don't forget to ask about the specials of the day! They will leave you grinning and spinning~!
